We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure reliable and trackable shipping across India. Shiprocket connects with multiple courier partners including BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, and more to select the best courier for your pin code and delivery requirements.

The courier partner for your order will be assigned automatically based on your delivery location and product weight, ensuring the best possible service.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is:

• Successfully placed and payment is confirmed
• Packed and dispatched from our warehouse
• Out for delivery
• Successfully delivered

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shiprocket tracking ID and a direct tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order at any time using:

• The tracking link sent to your registered email / phone
• The Shiprocket tracking portal at shiprocket.in
• Your "My Orders" section on our website

Every Darius Scents fragrance is packed with the greatest care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:

• Protective bubble wrap and cushioning for fragile bottles
• Tamper-proof outer packaging
• Sealed inner box to prevent leakage
• Complimentary gift wrapping available on request

While Shiprocket services a vast network of pin codes across India, some remote areas may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment.

You may contact us to explore alternate delivery arrangements if your area is not currently covered.

Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts (due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal), the package will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

• We will contact you to confirm re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
• If re-delivery is not requested within 7 days, a store credit will be issued (excluding shipping charges)
• Cash refunds for failed deliveries due to customer-side issues are not provided
